AFA Teens for
Alzheimer's Awareness College Scholarship

AFA's goal is to raise awareness among teens about
Alzheimer. AFA has created a $5000.00 scholarship to
one college bound student.
Eligibility: U.S. Citizen or permanent resident
Plan to attend an accredited four year
college/university with 12 months of the scholarship
